Cambridge 294-Unit Multifamily Complex Sells for $182M

Hanover North Cambridge, a luxurious apartment complex with 294 units, has been sold for $182 million in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The property was acquired by a fund advised by Goldman Sachs Asset Management from The Hanover Company and its institutional partner. Boasting amenities such as over 26,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space and a full-service restaurant with Caribbean-inspired cuisine, Hanover North Cambridge offers residents an ideal work-life balance. Additionally, the property is LEED Gold Certified.
