Callahan Construction Managers, located in Bridgewater, MA, has successfully completed two new luxury senior living residences for Anthology Senior Living. These impressive developments include Anthology of Natick and Anthology of Millis.
Anthology of Natick is situated at 119 E. Central St. in Natick, MA and spans over 82,274 square feet. The project boasts 62 assisted living units and 24 memory care units.
Meanwhile, the stunning complex of Anthology of Millis covers a total area of 117,268 square feet at its location on Dover Rd., also in Millis. Callahan expertly constructed a main building with an additional 67 assisted living units as well as separate townhouses for independent living totaling to fourteen residences along with another set comprising twenty-four memory care units.
The highly skilled team behind these remarkable projects included not only Callahan but also The Architectural Team alongside WBA Engineers who handled mechanical engineering duties while Dubin Engineers were responsible for plumbing engineering tasks; Electrical Systems Engineering took charge as electrical engineers while GLM Engineering served as civil engineers.
