**Cresa Brings on Will Adams as Managing Principal**

Occupier-focused commercial real estate firm Cresa has announced the addition of Will Adams as Managing Principal. Adams will lead the firm’s Century City office and be responsible for overseeing strategy, client service, and growth initiatives. With experience representing tenants across the legal, healthcare, financial, and entertainment sectors in Greater Los Angeles, Adams brings significant market insight. He joins Cresa from Newmark, where he served as Executive Managing Director, and previously held senior roles at CBRE and Savills.

**SURMOUNT Appoints Kyle Gulock as Managing Director, Investments**

SURMOUNT, the full-service commercial real estate net lease platform formed by consolidating NNN Pro, STNL Advisors, and UGDC, has named Kyle Gulock as Managing Director, Investments. This marks the firm’s first brokerage hire in California as it prepares to launch a Los Angeles office. Gulock brings nearly 20 years of experience, having closed over $1 billion in net lease transactions. He was most recently the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Century Partners.

**Crusoe Taps Matt Field as Chief Real Estate Officer**

Crusoe, a vertically integrated AI infrastructure provider, has appointed Matt Field as Chief Real Estate Officer. In this role, Field will lead the development and expansion of the company’s physical infrastructure supporting the artificial intelligence sector. Field previously served more than 30 years with San Francisco-based developer TMG Partners, where he was most recently Vice Chairman.

**Alan Davenport Returns as CEO of Interior Logic Group**

Interior Logic Group (ILG), the San Diego-based provider of interior design and finish solutions for the building industry, announced that Alan Davenport is returning as CEO. Davenport’s new appointment follows a previous 10-year tenure with the company, including eight years as CEO. He takes over from Jon Weldon, who has served as Interim CEO since June and will transition to a senior operations position reporting to Davenport.

**Jamboree Housing Corporation Launches Legacy Award**

To mark its 35th anniversary, Jamboree Housing Corporation will launch the Jamboree Legacy Award to honor visionary leadership in housing affordability and community development. Irvine Mayor Larry Agran has been selected as the first recipient. The award will be presented at Jamboree’s 35th Anniversary Gala on Saturday, October 18, at AV Irvine.

**ExchangeRight Fully Subscribes $23.3M Net-Leased Portfolio**

ExchangeRight has completed the full subscription of its Net-Leased All-Cash 14 DST offering, a $23.3 million debt-free portfolio. The investment comprises four long-term net-leased properties occupied by Wawa, Dollar General, Tractor Supply, and Dollar Tree. The properties total 74,736 square feet and are located in Texas, Alabama, and Pennsylvania. The portfolio has an initial weighted-average lease term of 11.3 years.
