**Lincoln Property Company Makes Key Appointments**
Lincoln Property Company has appointed Nicole Audette as Managing Director of Los Angeles Property Management. Audette brings more than 30 years of experience in managing high-performing teams and overseeing complex, multi-market real estate portfolios. She joins the firm from Transwestern, where she was Senior Vice President of Asset Services, responsible for managing over six million square feet of commercial properties in Los Angeles and Las Vegas.
In addition, Lincoln Property Company has named Corey Davidson as Executive Vice President within its Corporate Advisory & Solutions (CAS) platform. Based in Los Angeles, Davidson brings over two decades of experience advising global occupiers. He most recently served as Vice Chairman at Savills and now co-leads the CAS team alongside David DiPietro, who is based in New York.

First American Financial Corporation, a leading provider of title, settlement, and risk solutions for the real estate industry, has appointed Jeffrey J. Dailey to its board of directors. Dailey is well-known for leading organizational transformation and navigating complex regulatory environments. During his tenure as CEO of Farmers Group, Inc., he led significant growth initiatives and oversaw the acquisition of MetLife’s property and casualty business.
**Greysteel Acquires Nara Advisors**
Greysteel, a national commercial real estate and capital markets services firm, has acquired Nara Advisors, a San Diego-based commercial real estate advisory company. The acquisition enhances Greysteel’s presence in Southern California. Jason Lee, CEO and founder of Nara Advisors, will take on a senior leadership position at Greysteel.
**Interior Logic Group Divests Property Services Subsidiary**
Interior Logic Group (ILG), a top provider of interior design and finish solutions for the building industry, has sold its Property Services division to Impact Property Solutions, a portfolio company of Blue Sage Capital. The division provides replacement flooring and installation services to rental housing owners and operators. The transaction allows ILG to strengthen its financial foundation and refocus operations on serving core homebuilder clients.
