**Clarion Partners LLC**
Clarion Partners LLC, a leading real estate investment manager, announced that Brett Kahn has joined the firm as Managing Director and Head of Asset Management – Housing. Based in Los Angeles, Kahn will lead the asset management platform for Clarion’s expanding housing portfolio.
**Kidder Mathews**
Kidder Mathews has appointed David Berookhim as Vice President at the firm’s San Fernando Valley office. Berookhim, who specializes in net lease acquisitions and dispositions, previously spent nearly a decade at Marcus & Millichap.
**PulteGroup**
PulteGroup has promoted Norman Brown to President of its Southern California division. With nearly 23 years at the company, Brown will now oversee all aspects of the division’s homebuilding operations. In 2024, the division reported revenues of approximately $850 million.
**Angeles Equity Partners, LLC**
Private investment firm Angeles Equity Partners, LLC has welcomed Eshang Saini to the Angeles Operations Group as Vice President of Operations. Saini brings deep expertise in operations, transformation, and integration across the industrials sector, including experience in management consulting, product management, and engineering.
**Build Group of Companies**
Brian Davey has been promoted to President of Signature Interiors, a newly branded division focused on tenant improvements within the Build Group of Companies. Davey brings more than 20 years of experience to his new leadership role.
**Ware Malcomb**
Irvine-based international design firm Ware Malcomb announced that CBRE’s U.S. Design Collective team will join the firm, effective July 2. The team includes specialists in interior design, architecture, MEP, structural engineering, and experiential design. Team members are located in key markets including Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Miami, Dallas, Nashville, and Seattle.
**Nadel Architects**
Los Angeles-based Nadel Architects launched a new studio named Third Space, dedicated to designing community-focused destinations that promote connection, discovery, and emotional engagement. The studio is led by Nadel Chairman and President Greg Lyon, and includes industry veterans John Simones and Curtis Scharfenaker.
