– **Eastdil Secured, L.L.C.** has announced the appointment of Kevin Sheehan and Sean Gulian as Co-Leads of the firm’s National Housing Group for the Southern California region. Sheehan is joining the firm immediately, while Gulian will begin on September 15 after completing his transition from Nuveen Real Estate.

– **Colliers** has welcomed back veteran broker Paul Sablock and announced the addition of Nick Sablock to its Greater Los Angeles brokerage team. The duo will focus on leasing and sales of industrial properties. Paul, who previously spent 27 years at Colliers, rejoins from JLL and will serve as Executive Vice President. Nick joins as Vice President, with both operating out of the Downtown Los Angeles office.

– **Artes Capital**, a private real estate lender, has appointed Tom Noble as Chief Operating Officer. Noble will lead business development and oversee operations across the lending platform, including originations, underwriting, marketing, investor relations, and asset management. He previously served as COO at Archway Capital.
