**Executive Moves & Promotions:**
– **Talya Nevo-Hacohen**, Chief Investment Officer, Treasurer, and Executive Vice President at Sabra Health Care Trust, will retire effective December 31, 2025. **Darrin Smith**, currently EVP of Investments, will step into the role of Chief Investment Officer starting January 1, 2026.
– **ExchangeRight**, a provider of diversified real estate DST and REIT investments, has appointed **Will Powers** as National Sales Director. Powers brings over 25 years of industry experience and previously served as CEO at Alternative Advisers, LLC.
– **Hanley Investment Group Real Estate Advisors** has added **Jacob Fahner** and **Ayda Kach** as Vice Presidents. Fahner will join the company’s new San Diego office, led by partner Jeff Lefko. Kach will support the team at the firm’s headquarters in Corona del Mar.
– **Courtney Wing**, Vice President of Development and Construction at Newcastle Partners, has been named a NAIOP Research Foundation Visionary. Wing is one of five rising commercial real estate professionals selected for their career accomplishments, involvement with NAIOP, and interest in the Foundation’s mission.
**Company & Product Updates:**
– **Motif, Inc.** has launched a cloud-based software platform designed to enhance real-time collaboration among architecture and engineering teams. The platform aims to unify 2D and 3D workflows into a single seamless interface.
– **The San Diego Padres** have partnered with local company **XLR8 America** to bring EV charging stations to Petco Park for the 2025 season. Twenty EV chargers will be installed at the Parkade parking facility at the corner of 10th Avenue and J Street.
– Irvine-based **CoreLogic** is rebranding to **Cotality**. The rebrand includes a new name, logo, and brand identity to reflect the company’s evolution into an information services provider focused on the mortgage industry.
– **Presidio Bay Ventures**, a Bay Area real estate development and investment firm, has launched **The Main Post**, a new real estate services platform. Designed with a hospitality-driven approach, the platform aims to enhance design, execution, and operations across residential, commercial, and retail properties.

– **Staley Point Capital**, a private equity firm concentrating on industrial and self-storage investments across Southern California, Seattle, and the Bay Area, is seeking an **Asset Manager** based in **Los Angeles, CA**. The role reports directly to the Managing Partner and involves executing asset management strategies across the firm’s portfolio.
