**Parkview Financial Appoints New CFO**
Alternative investments firm Parkview Financial has named Charlie O’Connell as Chief Financial Officer. O’Connell, a seasoned professional in real estate and investments, previously held the CFO position at DJM Capital Partners.
**Foundation Specialty Finance Names Chief Operating and Production Officer**
Cliff Carnes has been appointed Chief Operating and Production Officer at Foundation Specialty Finance. In this role, he will oversee finance and accounting, human resources, and debt origination as the company expands its national platform. Carnes was formerly the Chief Production Officer at Walker & Dunlop and held leadership roles at Johnson Capital prior to its acquisition.
**Logos Faith Development Adds Development Veteran**
Ryan Lehman has joined Logos Faith Development as Senior Director of Development. Lehman was most recently a Senior Director of Real Estate Development at American Family Housing, an Orange County-based developer focused on supportive housing.
**New Chair at Four Corners Property Trust**
Douglas B. Hansen has been appointed Chair of the Board at Four Corners Property Trust, taking over from John S. Moody. Hansen has served on the board since its inception in 2015 and chairs the Compensation Committee; he previously chaired the Investment Committee for four years.
**Original Survey Solutions Welcomes VP of Civil Engineering**
Steven Reynolds has joined Original Survey Solutions as Vice President of Civil Engineering. With nearly two decades of experience, Reynolds will be based out of the company’s San Francisco Bay Area office in Dublin.

Santa Barbara-based Yardi has launched Aspire Platinum, the latest and most advanced tier of its Yardi Aspire learning management system. Designed for property management companies, Aspire Platinum aims to scale training capabilities, enhance engagement, and keep users ahead of industry changes.
**King Street Properties Expands West Coast Team**
Life sciences real estate developer King Street Properties has appointed Tanner Larson as Director in its Burlingame, CA office. Larson will work closely with the West Region Market Lead and senior leadership in asset management, financial analysis, leasing, and acquisitions. He previously spent over seven years at Kilroy Realty in Investments and Leasing. Executive search firm RETS Associates led the recruitment process.
