**Trion Properties Appoints New President of Property Management**
Trion Properties has named Johnny De La Espriella as President of Property Management. A nationally recognized leader in the multifamily housing sector, De La Espriella brings over 20 years of experience in driving operational performance and scaling property portfolios.

**JLL Adds Senior Director to Value and Risk Advisory Platform**
Scott Smith has joined JLL’s Value and Risk Advisory team as a Senior Director, based in Los Angeles. He will focus on multi-housing property appraisals across California. Smith previously served as Associate Director and Commercial Real Estate Appraiser at Curtis-Rosenthal, Inc.

**Colliers and Uncommon Developers Welcome Strategic Advisor for Downtown LA Tower**
John Barganski has been appointed Strategic Advisor for Uncommon Developers’ newly acquired 601 S. Figueroa office tower in Downtown Los Angeles. Barganski will work alongside Colliers’ Integrated Advisory Services Team and leasing advisors Matthew Heyn and Ian M. Gilbert to implement an aggressive leasing and repositioning strategy for the 52-story high-rise.

**Cushman & Wakefield Expands National Debt & Equity and Occupier Services Divisions**
Chase Tagen has joined Cushman & Wakefield as Managing Director in the National Debt & Equity practice. He is based in Century City and brings over 12 years of experience, having executed more than $30 billion in transactions.
Additionally, Conor Flannery joins the firm as Executive Vice Chair in Silicon Valley. Flannery, formerly with JLL, brings more than 20 years of experience specializing in occupier services and tenant representation on a global scale.

**Range Equity Management Appoints New Principal in Los Angeles**
Range Equity Management, L.P. has hired Monica Scieszka as Principal. Based in Los Angeles, Scieszka will be heavily involved in investment strategy, asset management, operations, and investor relations. She previously spent six years at Dune Real Estate Partners in both New York and Los Angeles.

**SRS Real Estate Partners Strengthens Industrial Division**
Brad Fox has joined SRS Real Estate Partners as Senior Vice President. Operating from the firm’s Inland Empire office, Fox will focus on expanding industrial services in one of the nation’s most prominent logistics markets. He has completed more than $330 million in transactions in the region.

**1031 CF Properties Launches Senior Housing DST Offering**
1031 CF Properties has announced the launch of Senior Housing DST 11, a 162-unit, 197-bed assisted living and memory care portfolio. The offering includes assets located in McKinney, Texas; Longwood, Florida; and Oklahoma City, all selected for their strong positioning in growth-oriented senior housing markets.

**Tokyu Land US Corporation Seeks AVP, Asset Management in Los Angeles**
Tokyu Land US Corporation, which has deployed more than $1 billion in commercial real estate equity since 2012, is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Asset Management in Los Angeles. The role will involve overseeing third-party property managers, executing business plans, managing JV relationships, and partnering with the acquisitions team. Candidates should have over five years of asset management experience, ideally with exposure to both multifamily and industrial sectors.
