#### SRS Real Estate Partners Expands Industrial Services
SRS Real Estate Partners has expanded its industrial services platform by adding six industry professionals to its teams in Southern California and Phoenix. In Newport Beach, James deRegt joins as Senior Vice President (SVP) after more than 30 years in the industry, previously with Lee & Associates. Also transitioning from Lee & Associates are Nick Krakower, who joins as SVP, and RJ Dumke, who comes on board as an associate.
Jeffrey Garza Walker has been appointed Executive Vice President (EVP) and Managing Principal to lead the firm’s expansion in Phoenix. Previously, he was an executive managing director at NAI Global and held a corporate management role with APL Logistics, Ltd. Joining him from NAI Horizon are Anna Sepic as SVP and Brenda Walker as Senior Client Services Associate.
#### EAH Housing Appoints Director of Business Development
San Rafael-based nonprofit EAH Housing has named Jose Torres as Director of Business Development for Southern California. Torres previously held leadership roles in real estate development at several nonprofit organizations, including American Family Housing, U.S. VETS, SRO Housing, and A Community of Friends, focusing on housing solutions for low-income families, unhoused veterans, and transition-age youth.
#### Cushman & Wakefield Strengthens San Diego Operations
Cushman & Wakefield has bolstered its tenant representation brokerage services by hiring Shane Macedo as a Senior Director in San Diego. With a background in strategic real estate portfolio development for healthcare, life sciences, and medical device firms, Macedo joins from CBRE, where he spent seven years and completed over 350 transactions worth $1.5 billion.
#### Thomas James Homes Adds SVP for Southern California
Thomas James Homes (TJH), the nation’s largest replacement homebuilder, has appointed Kim Diamond as Senior Vice President (SVP) of Community Development and Relations for Southern California. Diamond will oversee the Pacific Palisades Rebuild Project for TJH. She has held leadership positions at homebuilding firms such as Pulte Homes, Trumark Urban, Catellus, and Harvest Properties, along with extensive experience managing her own development and consulting business.
#### John Cumbelich & Associates Welcomes New Associate Broker
John Cumbelich & Associates has hired Joseph W. Cumbelich as an associate broker. He will focus on project leasing, user representation, and sourcing development opportunities in Northern California. Cumbelich previously spent five years at Salesforce, where he specialized in software solutions for the financial services sector.
#### TMC Financing Expands in the Inland Empire
TMC Financing, a leading SBA 504 lender, has brought on Andrew Erickson as SVP and Business Development Officer for the Inland Empire. Erickson has over a decade of experience in commercial lending and a strong track record with the SBA 504 loan program, positioning him to expand TMC’s support for local small business owners.
#### 350 California in San Francisco Earns LEED Gold Recertification
The Swig Company has announced that 350 California, a 300,000-square-foot Class A office tower in San Francisco’s Financial District, has been recertified as LEED Gold. The property achieved the certification through initiatives in water conservation, energy efficiency, sustainable material selection, and indoor environmental quality. Swig acquired the tower, originally LEED Gold certified in 2014, two years ago.
#### MacKenzie Realty Capital Finalizes $10M Equity Raise
MacKenzie Realty Capital, Inc. has successfully completed a $10-million equity raise for Aurora at Green Valley, a 72-unit luxury apartment development in Fairfield. The first units are set for delivery in July. The company is now preparing a second multifamily offering, Blue Ridge at Suisun Valley, an 84-unit luxury community in one of California’s fastest-growing markets.
#### SVA Architects Participates in Major Housing Initiative
SVA Architects recently joined The Whole Child and development partners to celebrate the grand opening of Safe Families Interim Housing and Support Services Center in Santa Fe Springs. The project, located at 10951 Laurel Ave., is part of a five-acre “homeless to homeowner” campus that includes interim housing by The Whole Child, affordable apartments by The Richman Group, and for-sale townhomes by Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles.
