**Damon Austin Named Chief Development Officer at Prologis**
Damon Austin will take on the role of Chief Development Officer at Prologis, effective January 1, 2026. In his new position, he will oversee all global development activities across the company, including the Customer Led Development (CLD) initiative, the Data Center business, and various higher and better use programs. Austin, a Prologis veteran with over a decade of service, most recently served as Global Head of CLD.

**Port of Long Beach Appoints Noel Hacegaba as CEO**
The Port of Long Beach has appointed current COO Noel Hacegaba as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2026. He will succeed Mario Cordero, who is retiring after eight years in the role. Hacegaba brings extensive operational leadership experience to the position.

**Don Adair to Retire from Swinerton; Chris Chany Named Successor**
Swinerton Incorporated announced that Don Adair, Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer, will retire on January 9, 2026, following a nearly 40-year career in the construction industry. The board of directors has elected Chris Chany as the next Chief Revenue Officer for Swinerton and its subsidiaries, including Swinerton Builders.

**Zonda Appoints Stephanie Ayres as SVP of Product Development**
Zonda has hired Stephanie Ayres as Senior Vice President of Product Development. Ayres will oversee the continuous development of TrustBuilder and Eliant, following Zonda’s recent acquisition of Eliant. A well-known figure in the homebuilding industry, Ayres brings valuable experience in customer experience, operational strategy, and product innovation.

**Ware Malcomb Welcomes Alicia Pandimos Maurer**
International design firm Ware Malcomb has named Alicia Pandimos Maurer as Firmwide Practice Leader and Director of Science & Technology. Based in the Denver office, Maurer will lead the firm’s growth in the science and technology sector. She brings over 20 years of industry experience.

**JE Dunn Construction Names Kyle Boehnlein to Lead Northern California Office**
JE Dunn Construction has announced Kyle Boehnlein as the new leader of its Northern California operations in Santa Clara. With nearly two decades at JE Dunn, Boehnlein has successfully led complex projects across various sectors, including semiconductors, justice, mission critical, and healthcare.

**Paul E. Robinson to Receive Crystal Globe Award**
The San Diego chapter of Lambda Alpha International will honor attorney Paul E. Robinson of Hecht Solberg Robinson Goldberg & Bagley LLP with the Crystal Globe Award. The recognition will take place at the Crystal Globe Award & Installation Gala on January 31, 2026, in recognition of his lifetime contributions to land use and real estate development in the greater San Diego region.

**Evocative Secures Growth Financing**
Evocative, a global internet infrastructure provider, has secured debt financing from a major international investment firm. This financing, in addition to ongoing equity support from Crestline Investors, Inc., will help the company meet increasing demand for data center and colocation services driven by the growth of AI technologies.
