**California People and Company News – Week of August 29, 2025**

MATT Construction, a prominent family- and employee-owned general contractor with over three decades of experience building some of California’s most iconic projects, has announced a leadership transition. Brian Saenger has been named President and CEO, succeeding co-founder Steve Matt, who is moving into the role of Chairman of the Board. Saenger previously served as President and CEO of The Ratkovich Company for more than four years. Additionally, Jason Mosier has been promoted to Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Vice President, while 18-year MATT veteran Joe Healy will continue his role as Chief Operating Officer.

Cresa has added three new professionals to its Century City office. David Kimball, Sam Devorris, and Zack Eisen have joined from NAI Capital, taking on the roles of Managing Principal, Senior Vice President, and Advisor, respectively.

Greenberg Traurig, LLP, an international law firm, has expanded its real estate practice with the addition of Ann (Seung-Eun) Lee as a shareholder in its San Francisco office. Lee brings extensive experience with her, having spent the past eight years at Goodwin Procter LLP.

Fresno-based Wellpointe Inc., a leader in boutique-style residential assisted living and related healthcare services, has promoted co-founder Angela Kutnerian to Executive Vice President. Kutnerian previously served as Vice President.

Century Housing Corporation, a nonprofit focused on affordable housing, has appointed William Wong as Chief Financial Officer. Wong brings nearly four decades of international experience in corporate finance, accounting, tax, investments, financial planning, and risk management.

MBH Architects, an award-winning architecture and design firm, has named Jocelyn Thompson as Director of Human Resources. Thompson previously served as Interim Human Resources Manager and now steps into the position full-time.
