**Newmark Expands in Los Angeles and Inland Empire**
Newmark has hired Mark Repstad as Executive Managing Director. Based in the Downtown Los Angeles office, Repstad brings over 20 years of experience and will focus on enhancing the firm’s industrial services footprint across Los Angeles and the Inland Empire.
Additionally, Newmark has named two new Valuation & Advisory Market Co-Leaders in Southern California. Andrew G. Power, MAI, MRICS, and Sean M. Crosby, MAI, both joined in the fourth quarter of 2024 and are based in Los Angeles. Power and Crosby will lead experienced appraisal teams focused on complex valuation assignments throughout the region.
**CIM Group Adds Managing Director to Infrastructure Investments Team**
CIM Group welcomed Jason Vassiliades as Managing Director within its Infrastructure Investments team. Vassiliades previously served in the same role at Duration Capital, a transportation infrastructure investment firm spun out from Oaktree Capital in 2024.
**ExchangeRight Appoints New SVP for Mid-Atlantic Region**
ExchangeRight has named Jason Roland as Senior Vice President for the Mid-Atlantic region. Roland will lead client relations and strategic initiatives spanning Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, and Washington, D.C.
**Colliers Expands in Santa Barbara with New VP**
Colliers has added veteran broker Mike Lopus to its Santa Barbara office. Joining as Vice President, Lopus will focus on investment sales of multifamily and student housing properties along California’s Central Coast.

San Diego-based Realty Income Corporation has announced pricing on a public offering of $600 million in 5.125% senior unsecured notes due in 2035. The notes were offered at 98.371% of par, yielding 5.337%. The offering is expected to close on April 10.
**RentSpree and Docusign Partner to Modernize Rental Transactions**
Rental software provider RentSpree has teamed up with Docusign to streamline and accelerate the rental application process. This integration aims to reduce administrative work and empower brokers and agents to manage rental transactions more efficiently.
