Calare Properties has recently made changes to its executive team, promoting four members and appointing Todd Barclay as co-Chief Investment Officer (CIO). In his new role, Barclay will continue leading Calare’s investment initiatives while also overseeing the strategic direction and management of the company’s commercial property portfolio.
Barclay joined Calare in 2017 as Vice President of Acquisitions and Portfolio Management. Prior to joining the company, he served as Vice President of Acquisitions at KS Partners and was a Portfolio Manager at New Boston Real Estate Fund.
According to Bill Manley, CEO and co-CIO of Calare Properties, this appointment reflects Barclay’s exceptional contributions to the firm. He has played a crucial role in leading their acquisition and development team while guiding their overall investment strategy.
In addition to Barclay’s promotion, three other team members were also promoted: Bailey Duffy, Sam Joseph,and Lauren Manley. They have all been elevated to Senior Associates within the company.
The headquarters for Calare Properties is located in Framingham,Massachusetts.
