Cacique Foods Relocates Headquarters to Irving, Opens Amarillo Plant

Celebrating its 50th anniversary, Hispanic foods company Cacique Foods is moving its headquarters from Monrovia, CA to Irving and opening a new $88 million dairy processing plant in Amarillo. The 200,000-square-foot facility will create 200 jobs and feature technology that makes it the most state-of-the art dairy processing facility in the United States. Boasting seven miles of stainless steel pipe – equivalent to nearly three and a half football fields – this advanced building will enable Cacique’s Mexican style cheeses, cremas chorizos and salsas to reach 80% of grocery stores across the nation. With their new Amarillo plant up and running soon, Cacique looks forward to growing their offerings while getting products on even more store shelves nationwide!
