C.W. Driver Companies has announced the completion of a $26.8 million Spa & Fitness Facility for Eldorado Country Club in Indian Wells, located within the Greater Palm Springs region. The newly constructed 30,000-square-foot facility significantly upgrades the club’s wellness, fitness, and leisure amenities, further elevating the experience for members of the private, invitation-only club.
The expansion project covers nearly four acres and includes the addition of seven new single-story buildings. These structures feature a modern spa, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and administrative offices. An underground level has also been constructed to house storage areas, mechanical rooms, and pool equipment.
In addition to the new buildings, the revitalized site now boasts two luxury resort-style swimming pools, a spa, and upgraded landscaping and hardscaping features that help regulate temperatures during the region’s extreme desert climate.
C.W. Driver partnered with renowned architecture firm Delawie and Aquatic Design Group to ensure the new facilities reflect the club’s distinctive desert aesthetic while incorporating contemporary design and amenities. The project began in June 2023, with close collaboration between all partners to bring the new vision to life.
