Columbia Property Trust, L&L Holding Company, and Cannon Hill Capital Partners have selected Cushman & Wakefield as the exclusive leasing agent for Terminal Warehouse in West Chelsea. The project involves transforming the historic 1891 structure into a modern workplace with outdoor areas, a central courtyard, and a 700-foot-long train tunnel.

The expert team at Cushman & Wakefield – including Josh Kuriloff, Gus Field, Robert Lowe, Andrew Braver,
Anthony LoPresti,Nicholas Dysenchuk,and Eric Hazen – will immediately begin marketing the property’s 1.1 million square feet of office space. Additionally,
their colleagues Alan Schmerzler , Steven Soutendijk , Sean Moran , Patrick O’Rourke ,
and Catherine Merck will handle marketing for the building’s retail offerings spanning over
93 thousand square feet.
