**BXP Completes Amenities Upgrade at 510 Madison in Midtown Manhattan**
BXP has announced the completion of new amenity spaces at 510 Madison Avenue, a 345,000-square-foot boutique office and retail property located in Midtown Manhattan’s prestigious Plaza District. The upgrades introduce approximately 16,000 square feet of health, wellness, lounge, and conference amenities, enhancing the overall tenant experience.
Since the launch of the revamped offerings, the building has experienced strong leasing activity — with 80,500 square feet of leases signed, underscoring the appeal of the new workplace features.
Designed by STUDIOS Architecture, the improvements aim to meet the evolving needs of modern office users. Key enhancements include a revitalized gym as well as redesigned areas on the first and sixth floors that support flexible work, collaboration, and relaxation.
