**BXP Secures 100,000 SF of Leases Across Seattle Office Portfolio**
BXP has announced approximately 100,000 square feet of new leasing activity at two of its premier downtown Seattle office properties: Safeco Plaza and Madison Centre.
The leases include fully furnished speculative office suites tailored for growing businesses in the professional services, financial services, technology, and corporate sectors. BXP’s leasing team is represented by Damon McCartney, David Greenwood, and Larry Almeleh of Broderick Group.
“Safeco Plaza and Madison Centre are high-performance workplaces with modern amenities and direct connectivity to transit,” said Kelley Lovshin, Vice President and Seattle Regional Director at BXP.
Highlights of the recent leasing activity include 24,091 square feet at Safeco Plaza and 75,261 square feet at Madison Centre. The deals comprise ten spec suite leases that have closed this year across both locations. Notable tenants at Madison Centre include Everbridge Law Group, MassMutual Northwest, and Stackline. At Safeco Plaza, new tenants include Mead & Hunt, INABA, and Bank of America.
