BWE has successfully arranged $31.25 million in refinancing for Cabana Bullard, a multifamily residential community located at the intersection of North Bullard Avenue and West Van Buren Street in Goodyear, Arizona. The property, completed in 2023, is developed by Scottsdale-based Greenlight Communities, LLC.

The financing was arranged by BWE’s Phoenix-based team, including Charlie Williams and Matt Terpstra. The transaction involved a three-year, full-term interest-only loan provided by a national life insurance company lender, offering both competitive rates and flexible terms.
