BWE Secures $39.5M Financing for Pueblo Apartment Investor: A Guide

BWE, a leading financial services firm, has successfully secured a $39.5 million loan from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development for the development of Pueblo Springs in Colorado. The 199-unit luxury apartment complex is being developed by ESH Development, LLC.

James Swanson of BWE expertly originated this financing through HUD’s 221(d)(4) Mortgage Insurance Program. This non-recourse loan offers favorable terms including a 40-year fully amortizing plan and eligibility for HUD’s “Green” program upon completion. Additionally, Pueblo Springs is located in an Opportunity Zone.

The state-of-the-art apartments will feature private balconies or patios as well as top-notch amenities such as a clubhouse with Wi-Fi access, fitness center, business center/e-lounge, community room with gourmet kitchen and more. The project will be constructed by Colorado Structures Inc., known for their exceptional workmanship.

This successful financing deal marks another milestone achievement for BWE in its mission to provide unparalleled financial solutions to its clients.
