BWE, a leading commercial and multifamily mortgage banking company, has recently expanded its team in Norfolk, Virginia with the addition of three highly experienced senior vice president loan originators: Rad Davenport, Gary Beck, and Victor Pickett. These new members join Bill Watson as vice president to bring a wealth of expertise in working with diverse capital sources such as agency lending, life companies, CMBS lenders,banks,and credit unions. All four team members have previously worked at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital before joining BWE.
According to Todd Harrop,BWE’s national director of conventional production,the company is excited about the recent additions to their Norfolk team. He believes that Rad,Gary,Bill,and Victor’s extensive experience in building strong client relationships and securing financing for various property types will greatly contribute towards expanding BWE’s presence in the Mid-Atlantic market. This expansion comes after BWE acquired Phillips Realty Capital earlier this year.
