Greenstone Partners has completed the sale of a two-tenant retail center located at 2701 E. Main Street in St. Charles, Illinois. The 4,083-square-foot property, which sold for $1.9 million, features a drive-thru and is tenanted by Dunkin’ Donuts and Options Medical, a newly opened weight loss facility operating under a 10-year lease. Both businesses are functioning under net lease agreements.
The Greenstone Partners team, including Brewster Hague, AJ Patel, and Tom Galvin, exclusively represented the seller, a private investment partnership. The buyer was the existing Dunkin’ operator at the site, who now adds the property to their expanding portfolio.
