Buyer Found for Cicero Apartments Just One Week After Listing

Monarch Realty Partners, a Chicago-based multifamily brokerage firm, successfully negotiated the $2.375 million sale of a 38-unit apartment building located at 1930 S Cicero Ave., in Cicero, IL. The property featured one- and two-bedroom units that had recently undergone several capital improvements. Senior director Robert Berman and principal Michael Anguiano represented the seller – a private out-of state investor – during negotiations with the buyer.

Berman commented on their success: “We were able to procure a qualified buyer within one week of listing the asset following an effective targeted marketing campaign.”
