Buy M3 Business Center for $30M - Lift Partners Investing

Lift Partners, a San Francisco-based investment company, recently purchased the M-3 Business Park in Tukwila for $30 million. The business center was listed by George Rockwell of The Andover Co. and Zac Snedeker of CBRE and is owned by JMS Family Trust and M-3 Properties LLC (governed by Michael Smooke). Spanning 32,365 square feet across 7.2 acres near Westfield Southcenter Mall and a Costco warehouse, the property boasts 13 tenants with nearly full occupancy.

The location offers easy access to SeaTac Airport as well as I-5 & I-405 within five minutes’ drive time from the site – making it an ideal spot for businesses looking to expand or relocate in this area of Washington State. Lift Partners plans to renovate buildings at this business park upon acquisition; no further details have been released yet on their proposed changes or timeline for completion thereof .
