The business center was listed by George Rockwell of The Andover Co. and Zac Snedeker of CBRE on behalf of JMS Family Trust and M-3 Properties LLC (governed by Michael Smooke). Spanning 32,365 square feet across 7.2 acres near Westfield Southcenter Mall and a Costco warehouse, the property is nearly fully leased with 13 tenants in place. Its convenient location near SeaTac Airport provides easy access to both I-5 & I-405 within five minutes’ drive time. Lift Partners plans to rehab the buildings as part of their purchase agreement .
