Aida Abba Realty has acquired a multifamily building in Midwood, Brooklyn from Santa Rosa Realty for $3.25 million. The four-story property spans 18,224 square feet and offers a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments totaling 23 units. GFI Realty’s Matthew Sparks represented the seller while Moshe Goldberger acted on behalf of the buyer who intends to hold the property long term and invest in capital improvements.
