Spanning over 10,000 square feet at 29-17 40th Avenue, this market is part of the mixed-luxury apartment building that offers amenities such as a rooftop terrace and fitness center. The family-run business since 1915 will feature a retail marketplace and commissary kitchen with prepared foods, salads, baked goods,and specialty items. Winick Realty Group brokered the transaction with Thomas Galo representing ownership and Charles Rapuano representing the tenant.
