Bushfire Kitchen, a popular California-based restaurant brand, is gearing up to unveil its newest location in Mission Viejo. The highly-anticipated opening is scheduled for mid-2024 and will be situated on Alicia Parkway at the Mission Viejo Alicia Landing retail center – a bustling shopping destination anchored by Target.

The lease negotiations were expertly handled by Justin McMahon of JLL on behalf of Bushire Kitchen. The new location boasts ample seating for over 80 diners both indoors and outdoors, including a shaded and heated patio area.
