**Burns & Wilcox Expands Office Footprint at 111 South Wacker in Chicago**

Burns & Wilcox is expanding its presence in Chicago’s West Loop, increasing its office space by 50% at the prestigious 111 South Wacker building. The insurance wholesaler, which has been a tenant since 2020, will grow its footprint from 10,000 to 15,000 square feet on the 39th floor.

The transaction was overseen by Savills, with Vice Chairmen Eric Feinberg and Brandon Nasatir leading the effort. Additional support came from Vice Chairmen John Goodman and Kirill Azovtsev, Managing Director Isabel (Preskill) Schwartz, and Corporate Managing Director Shay Bolton.

“Burns & Wilcox has been a tenant at 111 South Wacker since 2020, and its decision to expand reflects their commitment to Chicago as a key growth market,” said Nasatir.

111 South Wacker Drive is a 51-story, 1.1 million-square-foot office tower developed by The John Buck Company and designed by renowned architect Jim Goettsch of Lohan Caprille Goettsch Architects. The building was represented in lease negotiations by Jamey Dix and Matt Whipple of The Telos Group.
