David Adams and Kendall Graff from The Woodmont Company expertly negotiated Burlington’s lease on behalf of the landlord. Rickey Hayes from Retail Attractions LLC played a key role in identifying this project for Finney County Economic Development Corporation.
Embree Capital Markets Group Inc., represented by Mike Clements, secured capital for this venture while Dream First Bank provided financing through Brandon Mumgaard. Local city officials including Mayor Manny Ortiz and City Manager Matt Allen were instrumental in attracting Burlington to Garden City.
