In collaboration with Colliers, ViaWest Group has successfully closed the sale of a 53,978 square-foot industrial distribution facility in San Diego’s Kearny Mesa submarket. The Class A property, situated at 7440 Convoy Ct., was acquired by Southern California-based Burke Real Estate Group for an undisclosed amount.
The disposition efforts were led by a team from Colliers consisting of Michael Kendall, Gian Bruno and Kenny Patricia. Louay Alsadek, Maddie Mawby and Eric Parra also played key roles in the transaction along with local market industrial experts Evan McDonald and Tucker Hohenstein.
According to Kendall, ViaWest effectively executed their business plan which involved upgrading the physical structure resulting in significant value addition and diversification of income streams.
Fully occupied by Genuine Parts Company and Hajoca Corporation,the property presented an opportunity to acquire a fully stabilized multi-tenant warehouse located centrally in one of San Diego’s most desirable areas. This recent transaction marks another successful venture for Connect CRE .
