The Bulfinch Companies, a Boston-based real estate investment, development, and management firm has appointed Alexander Schultz as vice president and director of asset management and Charles Montemor as assistant vice president and senior asset manager.
Schultz brings experience in managing life science & advanced manufacturing portfolios from his prior role at The Davis Companies. He is actively involved in multiple commercial real estate industry organizations & serves as Vice Chair of the Board of the Commonwealth Land Trust.
Montemor previously oversaw the management, leasing & financial reporting for a portfolio of medical office buildings while at Santerre Health Investors. He holds degrees in finance/accounting plus an MBA with focus on finance/strategy.
