**Bulfinch Appoints Colliers as Exclusive Leasing Agent for Methuen Medical Office Building**

An affiliate of The Bulfinch Companies, Inc. has announced that Colliers has been named the exclusive leasing agent for 5 Branch Street, a medical office building located in Methuen, Massachusetts. The leasing efforts will be led by Colliers representatives Stephen Woelfel and John Real, in collaboration with Michael Wilcox, Managing Director of Leasing at Bulfinch.

The property, a 94,325-square-foot medical office building, is anchored by the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, which recently completed a $30 million renovation. Currently, the building has between 2,600 to 33,000 square feet of medical office space available for lease. Serving as a regional outpatient hub, the facility provides cancer and blood disorder treatments to patients in the Merrimack Valley and Southern New Hampshire regions.
