JBG SMITH is set to revamp 2011 Crystal Drive, a property spanning 11 floors and 444,916 square feet, into a premier amenity hub for its National Landing neighborhood office tenants. The transformation will include upgrades such as a new entry lobby, communal outdoor spaces, and an advanced conference facility that can accommodate up to 300 guests with various food and beverage options.
Strategically located near the future CC2DCA pedestrian bridge connecting to Reagan National Airport (expected completion in 2028) and with upcoming Metro and VRE access projected for completion by 2027. Construction on this project is scheduled to commence in 2024 with an estimated finish date of late-2026.
