Wonderful Real Estate (WRE), a logistics and mega-distribution center developer, has commenced construction on its latest one-million-square-foot speculative development located at 5104 Express Ave. in the Wonderful Industrial Park (WIP) in Shafter. This marks the fifth speculative development WRE has delivered over the past five years.
The building will encompass nearly 1.09 million square feet on a 74 acre lot, providing ample parking with 455 auto spaces and 939 trailer stalls for tenants upon delivery which is slated for Q2 2024.
