Leopardo Construction has recently commenced a 50,000-square-foot interior renovation for global financial services company Raymond James. This project is part of the company’s strategy to consolidate its Chicago operations at 550 W. Washington and 222 S. Riverside, occupying two floors totaling 50,000 square feet at the prestigious office complex in Chicago’s West Loop.
The construction involves building out the entire seventh floor and half of the sixth floor to create a sophisticated client center space with amenities such as a new café area, media room, open office seating and private offices. Leopardo is collaborating closely with Raymond James and Interior Architects to ensure timely completion by spring of 2024.
