CBRE National Partners’ Joe Cesta, Barbara Perrier, and Eric Cox, alongside Josh Hayes and Eloy Covarrubias, successfully represented Brookfield in the sale of Slover & Elm Commerce Center in Fontana. The property was acquired by TA Realty for an undisclosed amount.

The Class A industrial facility is located at 15521 Slover Ave., spanning 192,794 square feet and built in 2022. It boasts a fully leased status with features including 23 dock-high doors, a clear height of 32 feet and a secure truck court measuring at approximately182 feet with ample parking space for trucks and cars.
According to CBRE’s research data on the Inland Empire industrial market segment ranging from100-249 thousand square-feet properties achieved positive absorption totaling222 thousand square-feet during Q3 of2024.
This acquisition adds another fully occupied asset into TA Realty’s growing portfolio within Southern California.
