Granite Properties and Highwoods Properties REIT have announced the signing of a long-term office lease for four full floors at 23Springs in Uptown Dallas. The Class-AA, 26-floor development spans over 626,000 square feet and is expected to be completed by March 2025. Deloitte will relocate from Dallas Arts Tower in Spring of 2026. In April of next year, Bank OZK also signed a long-term lease for four floors (110,029 square feet) at the same location. With Deloitte’s recent lease signing, the building is now leased up to 34 percent.
According to Commercial Search reports, Granite broke ground on this project in June of last year while Highwoods joined as a partner through their $130 million acquisition for a fifty percent stake in the development just one month later.
Designed by GFF and built by DPR Construction as general contractor,the building is situated at2323 Cedar Springs Road across from Hotel Crescent Court.
