Building and Land Technology (BLT) has appointed Brian Carcaterra as Executive Vice President. In this role, he will be responsible for helping to oversee leasing for BLT’s national office portfolio, investments and joint ventures in collaboration with Leslie Whatley, Executive Vice President.

Carcaterra boasts over two decades of expertise as a broker and senior leader at Newmark & CBRE specializing in agency & tenant representation. Additionally, he had a successful career playing professional lacrosse prior to his real estate endeavors.
