Building a Venue for Notable Racers at Concord Speedway

The city of Charlotte is known for its passionate car racing community. The renowned Charlotte Motor Speedway hosts one of NASCAR’s top events, and a team affiliated with the sport is looking to take advantage of its popularity. Owner Rick Hendrick has joined forces with the speedway to develop a new project on 100 acres of their property in Concord.

This joint venture, called Ten Tenths Motor Club, will feature a state-of-the-art 1.7-mile road course circuit as well as a clubhouse and an impressive 20,000-square-foot events and hospitality center that can accommodate up to 1,500 guests. Plans for future development include adding a members’ garage where they can store and maintain their cars. This exclusive space will also offer amenities such as cigar lounges, bourbon bars, and even a putting course for members’ enjoyment.

The first phase of this project includes the opening of the road course designed specifically for high-end sports cars along with the clubhouse in April. As construction continues on this exciting venue at Concord Speedway , it is sure to attract attention from racing enthusiasts all over.
