EVS Metal, a leading metal fabrication company, has recently commenced construction on a state-of-the-art 175,000-square-foot facility in Pflugerville’s One Thirty Business Park. This new manufacturing plant is strategically located to support the growing semiconductor industry and is expected to generate more than 80 employment opportunities.
The relocation of EVS Metal from its previous location in town will not only provide better access to transportation routes but also enhance the company’s distribution operations.
According to reports by Community Impact, the 14.5-acre site for this facility was previously deemed undevelopable until local authorities extended roadways and utilities leading up to the business park.
EVS Metal plans on commencing operations at their new facility by 2025.
Pflugerville boasts numerous incentives such as Triple Freeport Exemption, Texas Capital Fund and Chapter 380 Financing that are specifically designed for businesses aiming towards stimulating growth and expansion within this suburb with a population of over 65,000 residents.
