"Building a 1M-SF Data Center in Irving with Duo"

Harrison Street and PowerHouse Data Centers have recently acquired 50 acres of land in Irving-Las Colinas for the development of a state-of-the-art data center campus. The campus, located at 111 Customer Way, will consist of three powered shell data centers spanning over 946,000 square feet and delivering a total power load of 67 MW per building. The site has immediate access to permanent power from an existing adjacent substation serviced by Oncor, Texas’ largest energy delivery company.

Construction is set to commence in early 2025 with the first powered shell expected to be completed by late that year.

Situated in the bustling Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex area, Irving-Las Colinas is renowned as Texas’ “Headquarters of Headquarters,” boasting more Fortune 500 corporate headquarters per capita than any other city in the state. This latest project marks Harrison Street and PowerHouse Data Centers’ sixth collaboration on a cutting-edge data center development.
