Core Spaces and RD Management have joined forces to bring multiple new mixed-use residential projects to Rithm, located in Tampa’s Uptown District. This partnership will result in the creation of one of the largest innovation communities in Florida, with a capacity for over 7 million square feet of development. These developments will include more than two thousand residential units.

The phased development plan includes up to 3,000 student housing beds, as well as 150 conventional units and 10,000 square feet of retail space. The University of South Florida students will be among those living at this state-of-the-art community.

The first phase of construction is set to begin in fall 2024 with Hub II featuring over 400 units and approximately1 ,300 student housing beds along with an on-site parking garage that can accommodate around800 vehicles . Completion is expected by fall2027 . Subsequent phases (Hub III and Hub IV) are projected to add another700and800beds respectively between2027and2030 .

This project marks a significant step towards providing top-notch accommodation for USF students without compromising on quality or convenience.
