“Building 3,000 Beds for USF Student Housing: A Duo’s Project”

"Building 3,000 Beds for USF Student Housing: A Duo's Project"

Core Spaces and RD Management have joined forces to bring multiple new mixed-use residential projects to Rithm, located in Tampa’s Uptown District. This partnership will result in the creation of one of the largest innovation communities in Florida, with a capacity for over 7 million square feet of development and more than two thousand residential units.

The development will be completed in phases and is set to include up to 3,000 student housing beds, 150 conventional units, and 10,000 square feet of retail space. These residences will cater specifically to students from The University of South Florida.

The first phase known as Hub II is expected to commence construction by fall 2024. It will consist of over four hundred units with approximately thirteen hundred student housing beds along with an eight-hundred-stall parking garage. The project is slated for completion by fall 2027. Subsequent phases (Hub III and Hub IV) are projected to deliver seven hundred beds each between the years 2027-2030.

This exciting collaboration aims at providing top-notch accommodation options for USF students without compromising on quality or convenience.
