Shawmut Design and Construction recently completed three restaurants for renowned restaurateur Garrett Harker in Boston. The newly reimagined Eastern Standard Kitchen and Drinks, All That Fish + Oyster, and Equal Measure are now open to the public.
Located within Fenway’s Bower development, these three concepts occupy a total of 20,000 square feet. Eastern Standard pays homage to its original location with a long marble bar while All That Fish + Oyster draws inspiration from New England’s oyster shacks with its wood finishes and open kitchen. Equal Measure is a 4,000-square-foot cocktail bar complete with a private dining room.
Shawmut expertly built out the space to bring Harker’s vision for his two new restaurants, cocktail bar and future café (set to open in 2024) to life. This project showcases Shawmut’s expertise in creating exceptional dining experiences that seamlessly blend design aesthetics with functionality.
