McShane Construction Company, a leading firm specializing in industrial, multi-family, and commercial projects based in Rosemont, Illinois has been chosen by Redwood Living Inc., a prominent build-to-rent (BTR) developer and property management company headquartered in Independence, Ohio to construct a new community of 124 single-story apartments located in Crystal Lake.
The development known as Redwood Crystal Lake will consist of 25 townhome buildings with four to six units each. Mann Parsons Gray Architects have been tasked with designing the project which will feature spacious two-bedroom open-concept floorplans complete with two bathrooms and private attached garages. The anticipated completion date for Redwood Crystal Lake is December 2024.
