Buda Greenlights $27 Million Mixed-Use Development

The White Oak District, a mixed-use project spanning 18.5 acres, is set to break ground this spring in Buda, located south of Austin. Developed by Moontower Groups and MNO Partners at 1065 FM 967, the project will feature medical facilities, a restaurant and office space.

To support the development of The White Oak District, Buda City Council has unanimously approved an incentive package worth up to $2.5 million along with a performance agreement. This includes providing developers with a fee credit of up to $1.1 million for building an 8-acre park on site as well as tax breaks on property and sales taxes.

The project is estimated to cost around $27 million and will include a total area of approximately 65,000 square feet for medical offices,dental clinics,and small businesses alongside another section measuring about9 ,000 square feet designated for family-friendly dining options.

This exciting new development has been given the green light by Buda City Counciland promises to bring growthand diversitytothe local community through its diverse mixof amenities.
