Buckeye Land Sale: A Guide to Developing a Mixed-Use Project

Arizona Land Consulting (ALC) recently completed two significant land deals in Buckeye, totaling nearly $20 million. The first property, located on Miller and Broadway, will be transformed into a mixed-use development in the rapidly growing area known for its thriving real estate market and economic development. A majority of the site has been rezoned to accommodate Copper Falls, a master-planned community featuring 900 multifamily units including build-to-rent and garden-style apartments. Additionally, 16 acres will be reserved for commercial and retail use.

According to Anita Verma-Lallian of ALC: “We were drawn to this location due to its prime position amidst ongoing developments in the surrounding area. There is already high demand for both retail and multi-family components.”

The second closed site spans 20 acres on Baseline Road near Johnson Road with potential plans for industrial or other commercial usage.

This recent sale in Buckeye marks an exciting step towards a new mixed-use project that promises growth opportunities within Arizona’s flourishing real estate market.
