OFL Group has exciting plans for a new mixed-use development at the northern entrance of downtown Bryan. The project will be completed in multiple phases, with construction on phase one beginning in 2025 and expected to finish by 2027. This first phase will feature a luxurious five-story hotel with 130 rooms, state-of-the-art meeting spaces, and a parking structure that can accommodate up to 340 vehicles.
The second phase is scheduled for completion in 2029 and will bring even more diversity to the area with the addition of a six-story building featuring both residential units and commercial space. Underground parking for up to 400 vehicles will also be included.
The final stage of this impressive development is set to include another six-story building that may house condominiums as well as office spaces. To support this project’s success, the city has committed resources towards infrastructure improvements such as street closures and conveyances.
Additionally, OFL Group can expect assistance from the city through grants and rebates on hotel occupancy taxes if they meet specific benchmarks related to construction timelines and property value assessments. With these incentives in place, we are excited about what this multi-phase development has in store for Bryan’s growth.
